Hi, there dear friend!
Welcome to a A Well Purposed Woman! I am so glad you are here! If you love crafting, especially projects that are QUICK and EASY. Then you are in the RIGHT place!
With all the things on our to do list it can be difficult to find time to craft too! That’s why I love to do projects that save time and energy. Who wants a long drawn out project that doesn’t end well. (**Crickets**)
Me neither.
We want to make beautiful things. And we want to use our creativity to make things we love and are proud of! On my site, I hope that you will find INSPIRATION to use your creativity and make things you LOVE!
And since hopefully we are going to be crafting buddies now! Let me introduce myself.
About Me
My name is Elizabeth. And here is a picture of how you will most often see me, with this gang of people! Below is my husband Damon and our three lovely daughters! Yup, I am definitely a #girlmom and I love it!
I became a SAHM (Stay at Home Mom) in 2018 to spend more time with these littles and started my blog a few months later to help our family out. It has been one of the best decisions I have ever made!
About A Well Purposed Woman
I know how hard it can be to try to create a home you love with little to no extra time or income. Who is concerned about DIY projects when you are struggling to just make it through the day?!?!
That’s where the idea for A Well Purposed Woman came. I want to offer quick and easy DIY projects, that allow you an outlet for using your creativity and make a home you love! Also since life can be exhausting, I want to cheer and encourage you on along the way!
A Well Purposed Woman is here for you!
→ Encouragement for your walk with Christ, to keep you refreshed and persevering in all your roles.
→ To give you tips to save time and money as you DIY.
→ To help you take one project at a time and make your home what you always imagined.
→ To give you tips, tools, and tutorials that are simple and easy.
No one wants to waste time or money. And we want the project to turn out just right! Especially when we are working from a budget and are busy running a household!
Where did you get the name A Well Purposed Woman?
One of my favorite Bible stories is Jesus’s encounter with the woman at the well. She was trying to be satisfied with so many different things until she meant Jesus. Jesus was the only one who could truly satisfy her deepest thirst.
So often I find myself, like her, looking around and trying to be satisfied with everything else, but then I remember only one thing can truly satisfy…Jesus!
Secondly sometimes being a stay at home mom, I can feel a lack of purpose, like I am not accomplishing much. Using my creativity on projects around the house gives me a sense of purpose and satisfaction in my work!
Living & Crafting together!
