I started cleaning and saving my mason jars this fall because I knew I wanted to re-purpose my mason jars into Christmas gifts! These 10 mason jar gift ideas are thoughtful and so easy to put together anyone could make them! And the best part the mason jars really can be re-purposed spaghetti or pickle jars!

1. Gnome Mason Jar
Gnomes can be made out of anything- socks, tin cans, wood scraps, paper mache cones, heart ornaments and today we are going to make mason jar gnomes!
These mason jar gnomes are actually only a cover to find treats or other goodies inside. You can see on the video tutorial how we hid treats for our daughter’s teacher and grandpa inside these gnomes.

2. Mason Jar Snowman Craft
Do you want to build a snowman out of a mason jar? It’s actually pretty simple. Just paint the jar with white chalk paint and add buttons and a scarf and then you have a perfect mason jar snowman! Add floral greens sticking out of the snowman’s hat or use a closed lid and fill it with your favorite Christmas goodies!

These joy luminary mason jars are probably one of my favorite mason jar crafts this year. Use vinyl letters to place on your jars along with a snowflake cut out. Then apply mod podge with fake snow or glitter to your jars.
Pull up the vinyl and snowflake cut out. Now you have these beautiful jars with the word “JOY” on them. Embellish the jars with baker’s twine and small pine cones or holiday picks.
